Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with original packaging. Please include your order number and the reason for the return when contacting us.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Labels: Customer Remorse: If the return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Fees: Customer Remorse: You can return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: For exchanges, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Order Cancellation Policy: If your order is canceled due to unavailability or another reason, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
